Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any doorstep servicing or using the online inquiry portals of Aaruran Enterprises. By scheduling a repair visit, submitting an enquiry form, or accessing our content, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Repair Services

Aaruran Enterprises provides independent doorstep diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and installation services for home appliances, specifically:

• Front load, top load, and semi-automatic Washing Machines.
• Convection, grill, and solo Microwave Ovens.

We operate as an independent third-party provider and do not represent, affiliate with, or hold authorization from any appliance manufacturer brands.

2. Diagnostic Inspections & Pricing Estimates

• Inspection Fee: A basic callout/inspection fee is charged for the technician to visit your home and diagnose the issue.
• Work Estimates: Our mechanics will explain the issue and provide a cost estimation (parts + service fee) before starting any repairs.
• Fee Waiver: If you proceed with the repair work using our technician, the basic inspection charge will be waived or adjusted in the final invoice.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a successful and safe diagnostic visit, customers are expected to:

• Ensure the faulty appliance is accessible and clear of obstruction.
• Provide continuous power and water supply (where necessary) for testing.
• Ensure an adult (18 years or older) is present at the residence during the technician's visit.

4. Work Guarantee & Parts Replacement

Aaruran Enterprises backs all doorstep repair workmanship with a **30-day warranty**.

• This warranty covers only the specific fault fixed and the local labor involved. It does not cover other parts of the appliance that fail subsequently.
• Replaced hardware spares are provided based on compatibility. Spares warranties, if any, are governed by the respective part manufacturers.

5. Limitation of Liability

Aaruran Enterprises, its technicians, and affiliates will not be held liable for:

• Pre-existing structural wear, internal rusting, or electronic failures not related to the specific repair.
• Any accidental damages arising from manufacturer design defects during repair attempts.
• Any secondary damage, electrical trips, or water logging occurring after the technician has successfully tested and left the residence.

6. Brand Copyrights & Representation

Any logos, trademarks, brand names, or specific models mentioned on this website (including but not limited to Samsung, LG, IFB, Bosch, Whirlpool, Godrej, Panasonic, Siemens, etc.) are the property of their respective trademark holders. They are used on this website exclusively for product compatibility representation and consumer guidance.

7. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The updated terms will take immediate effect once published on this page.
